Protección del desarrollo de productos elaborados en la Carrera de Agroindustria a través del secreto industrial de una bebida isotónica utilizando diferentes concentraciones de (sacarosa, cloruro de sodio, citrato de sodio y citrato de potasio) a partir del jugo natural de naranja.

The current integrator project work has as purpose the product development protection elaborated in the Agro-industry Career through the isotonic drink industrial secret using different (sucrose, sodium chloride, sodium citrate and potassium citrate) concentrations from natural orange juice, on named from Cotopaxi Technical University. In order to achieve a competitive advantage with area other academies and at the national level; acquiring an immeasurable value and therefore, it requires a legal regime that, further,of sanctionig illicit conduct promotes healthy competition, innovation and the transfer of knowledge. It began with the isotonic drink research project information compilation, for its subsequent analysis and documentation elaboration required for protocolization and notarization for its respective registration as an industrial secret. The used methodology was non-experimental, applied and inductive. The registration process was performed with the tutor teacher supervision, SENADI technicians and the Third Notary from Latacunga canton, Cotopaxi province. It was concluded which the isotonic drink industrial secret registration in the intellectual Rights National Service will benefit in a valuable way the quality requirement fulfillment by the CACES.
