| Sumari: | This research addressed a communicational problem through a design management in nursing home Estupiñán institute located in Latacunga. It is essential that people from Latacunga know about the inadequacies that the institute has to help the elderly. Those people whom need special attention, the limited promotion of the institution and the lack of budget to propose a promotion program are some of the reasons why this research was carried out. The main objective was to elaborate a design plan strategy that allowed knowing the social work that is develope in nursing home Estupiñán institute for the awareness of citizens of Latacunga. The research work contains research techniques such as bibliographic, documentary research, and field research that was carried out before the design to determine the current situation of the place. The exploratory research was derive in quantitative (survey) and qualitative (in-depth interviews) appropriate for the population undergo to the study. The beneficiaries are the elderly people who are living in this place. The use of technology allowed to redesign the image and identity of the place, the web page creation impulse by social networks, are the graphic elements or products that were applie in this research. Keep in mind the management of information, communication and management design the corporate. Techniques and methodologies oriented to graphic design were applie such as multimedia design, identity and brand, styles, etc. Bruno Munari methodology was use by means of 12 stages allow the construction to improve of the aesthetic and communication areas through design management strategies for non-profit organizations. Results are gathere; these actions will be propose to increase the collection of resources and the volunteering that this institute needs. |
