要約:The purpose of this research work is to standardize the operating processes of the different work stations in the flavored ice cream production line of the "SAM REY" factory, one of the most important problems is the empirical work. The study proposed to meet the established objectives of the work is a non-experimental investigation with a field study modality, in the ice cream production line, applying certain appropriate techniques for recording times through observation, industrial engineering tools such as activity tables, flowcharts, time studies, literature reviews, efficiency and production calculation formulas. Applying the different techniques and tools, the sequential order of the activities within the flavored ice cream production line was carried out, in addition, by means of a digital stopwatch, the time of each operator and each activity carried out in their respective work area was taken to evaluate the results.
