| Riassunto: | In the last two decades, the Latin American mining industry has been giving importance to the development and implementation of adequate industrial maintenance policies for the exploitation and processing machines, taking advantage of development in design and engineering. In the San Joaquín 2 quarry of MAPEAGRE CA. Ltd. The extreme present conditions of work imply that the equipment is always subject to wear and deterioration of its useful life, so it is significant to have adequate maintenance strategies. In the present work, it’s suggested a technological proposal related to the implementation of the alternative maintenance system to the mining processing equipment is proposed, for which started from the determination of the negative factors that influence the efficient operation of the equipment, being the most significant the inadequate maintenance system applied to machines, based on reactive corrective maintenance. Adequate maintenance criteria are considered at the machine and element level, where a combination of corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance is proposed according to the records of equipment failures and the impacts generated by them. With the study of the reliability of the machines and their elements facilitates the prediction of breakdowns in the working time of the machines. As a result of the evaluation of the technical condition of the equipment, it was obtained that the equipment with planned preventive conservation system reached an evaluation of 80,27 %, qualified as a regular state, so it is proposed an improvement in maintenance cycles and repairs. With the implementation of the results of the technological proposal and the use of conservation management tools such as the Maintenance 3000 software, it be going to directly affect the reduction of maintenance costs. |
