Tóm tắt:This research project focused on the study of the low level of professional training for psychomotor development in the learning network of the Chugchilán circuit. The objective of the research was to strengthen professional training in Early Childhood Education for child psychomotor development, through a guide aimed at non-professional teachers of this educational sub-level who work in the learning network of the Chugchilán Circuit. The methodology used for the development of the research corresponds to the interpretive paradigm, with a qualitative-quantitative approach, the modality was applied research, through theoretical and empirical methods, such as the inductive-deductive and the analytical method, the data collection instruments Data used in the research were the survey of teachers and the observation sheet for children. With this, it has been obtained as a result that the majority of educators do not have an adequate degree for this educational sub-level, therefore, they have knowledge deficiencies about psychomotor development. In this way, the poor professional training of educators has been related to the limitations of children to achieve the indicators referring to psychomotricity described in the educational curriculum. Faced with these results, a teacher training guide has been developed, structured by theoretical-practical workshops where scientific knowledge, didactic activities and concrete material have been provided to work on child psychomotor development.
