Tag hinzufügen | Zusammenfassung: | The aim of the research is to let know about ergonomic risk factors which affects the employees’ health in the liming production area in the factory Curtiduría Zúñiga Hnos. The objective is to improve employees’ safety and to propose minimization alternatives. To carry out this research a validated ergonomic international assessment method was applied which one allowed to get results about the kinds of risks that exist. It is proposed to collect and select the theoretical scientific information available of different sources and authors with the aim of supporting this research that suits with the investigated object. Therefore, the support of a methodology based on bibliographic research is required besides grounded research theory was needed. These methodologies are used to gather data which serves as fundamental contributions in the development of it. For this reason, the purpose of the project lies in the fact that it will be possible to improve occupational safety standards which one will allow the elimination and reduction of risks in the area, providing confidence and security in the workers’ performance. |
