Summary:The inventory of the tourist plant from Pangiia canton, Cotopaxi province, it will serve as e tool, which will allow visitors to locate, in detailed way each of establishments, what have the tourist plant and existing updated information in the canton. The research project has a qualitative approach, which was cari ied out by collecting information into 4 field trips in the Pengua canton to collect primary and secondary information on each of establishments, which exist in the canton, it was made directed interviews to the establishment’s owners, in order to get updated information on the establishments, collecting descriptive data, such as the people words, spoken or written. In the first aim, it was used the qualitative method, allowing the information collection from primary sources, such as cantonal GAD, parochial GAD and establishments owners and with secondary sources, it was reviewed the 2020 year Territorial Development and Planning Plan (PDOT), about the canton general data and updated iiifonimtion it was reviewed canton GAD web pa9es, it was reviewed 10 undergraduate theses related to the Analysis of the cantons Tourist Plant offer and food: Sigchos, Pujili, Latacunga, La Mana, Pangria, scientific articles about the made research on the canton, this way, it could identify, what the canton is made up 3 rural parishes, such as: Moraspungo, Ramon Campaña and Pinllopata, in the same way, l urban el Corazñn parish, by knowing about the current state each establishment, what hns the tourist plant and the updated permits for tourists to access the canton, taking into account a brief description each establishment. In the second aim, it was applied the exploratory method, making open interviews, directly focused on the key actors, being the establishments owners that have the tourist plant, providing the necessary information for the development each food service collection sheet, which has with the following pararrieters: establishment photo, general data, telephone, email, establishment type, gastronomic offer, operating permits, allowing the tourist plant inventory, resulting into 14 establishments that have the tourist plant, but only 9 establishments have the updated permits, basic services and updated patents, which will be reflected directly in the catalog. In the third aim, it was appJied the descriptive method, which performed the information systematization for the collected information organization in the inventory with 9 establishments, what have updated permits. Carrying the descriptive catalog design and elaboration, what will capture the traditional food each establishment, the services, telephone number, location, directed to the canton inhabitants and tourists, by serving as a tool for the tourist l£tnt diffusion from canton Pangua.
