要約:The technological proposal focused on the problem that was generated due to the emission of gases into the environment without any previous treatment of an industrial poultry digester that is located in the slaughter plant of the company Incubandina SA, was reflected in the analysis and study for the sizing of a condensation system with elements and potentialities that resulted in a decrease in the temperature of the gases at the outlet of the digester, which are an unplanned by-product of the generation of poultry flour which is carried out at base of feathers, blood and bird viscera as raw material which gives it the characteristic of a distinctly unpleasant odor. For what was the determination of the equipment that intervened directly in the condensation process, a sizing, evaluation and computer simulation of a tube and shell heat exchanger was carried out, which assume the qualities of providing or extracting heat from a circulating fluid inside it, significantly reducing the direct costs of the technological proposal. However, the condensation system had to have constant monitoring and control of the variables that intervene in when it is activated or is in operation. For this, the computerized programming of a programmable automaton was executed Logo which offers solutions for problems and applications of engineering, and in this way I help simulate the opening and closing of electro valves for the passage of gases and also the ignition of the refrigerant fluid injector pump for the process.
