Tilføj Tag | Summary: | This project focuses on communication channels analysis oriented to social networks such as, in order to determine the most used and accepted social network by university community, from the obtained result, the impact will be determined by news published on facebook through a web application that allows to show statistical data in real time, where the Communication department could determine user interactions done through Open Source web analytics tools. The research results reveal that implementation is feasible to determine the news published on Facebook impact because the university does not have its own web analytics system that facilitates taking decision process on communication department for relevant news. This application was opted in reason that the universities are considered as scientific and technological development main source, manifesting their role in economic transformation and demonstrating impact on society, everything that is raised or implemented by university promotes institutional growth and student talent. |
