Derivación de valores económicos de la producción de leche de bovinos en la parroquia Mulalillo utilizando funciones de beneficio

This research is focused to determine the economic values of milk production, through which it was made a survey and a visits to producers, what allowed getting data about the production, reproduction, management and health of animals and systems, which led to determine the economic values that affect or act in the productive systems with the information collection, it observed, what there is a greater number of calves (22.1%), belly (20.9%) and cows (17.9%), which are mostly reproduced their herds (47%). For the productive purpose, it is determined that the largest number of animals are females (63.1%). The hectares number per producer is 0.5 hectares/producer, being a low value and affecting the economy by not allowing a greater animals number, also affecting the purchased feed use and not being able to provide a feed necessary supply, since they are attached in different areas (roping technique), resulting in low weight gains (1000gr), a decrease milk production (4 L), reproductive deficiency (120) and health problems (mastitis, placental retention, abortions), longevity (120 months), herd age (20 months). The different economic values in 32 producers have to do with inadequate production standards, taking into account that the production costs average values are relatively low (14 cents) in a general analysis. With this, it was determined the selection criteria are: milk volume, fertility, productive life and economic merit, based on the got data. It concluded that in the Mulalillo parish, it must be made an improvement plan, what includes productive and animal genetic improvement.
