Add Tag | Summary: | Health is considered worldwide, as an essential right of human beings and despite being so, it can always present problems at the time of service provision, causing internal and external inconveniences; This is due to the disposition of the organization itself or by the same patients, in response to these problems in health institutions, this research aims to apply the 5S tool to improve the service and competitiveness of the BASIC HOSPITAL "PUJILI", through a diagnosis of the conditions in which the institution is found and a subsequent evaluation in each of its administrative, management and care areas within the Hospital. To carry it out, a descriptive research methodology will be used, subsequently To carry it out, a descriptive research methodology will be used, subsequently the causal method is used to search and identify the elements involved, before, during and after the research, consequently the inductive-deductive method is used to establish and qualify the information obtained that will be previously analyzed and presented at work, all of this revealing all the necessary and missing parameters that have been observed in institutional visits to the Hospital facilities, in areas such as: physiotherapy, clinical laboratory, emergency, pharmacy, etc. As a result of this project, there is a report on all areas of the hospital, as well as its missing signage, data that was taken to create a complete implementation proposal and in accordance with the 5S methodology, present an improvement plan in the competitiveness of the Hospital. |
