In the “Concentration Deportiva de Pichincha” school with children the fourth year BGU in the present school year 2014-2015. The theorical framework it is from of the problematic arise about the ignorance from teachers to apply the evaluations instruments, according to the results of the research process through concluded surveys establish that teachers need to be in constant training for getting the best pedagogical facility and be able to keep the efficient way their Teachers Works. For the other side, rise the need of elaboration or design manual that serve of a guide to the teachers in the process of evaluation to check the achievements of the students with the purpose to get a quality education and this will be holistic. This manual is counting with a information of how and when use those instruments, the contains and the details activities to make according to your needs.
