As part of the audit is carried out by surveys, interviews and observation to diagnose the feelings of personal reference to the organization and the obtained data are correct and reliable. After development of the Management Audit in each one of its phases we analyzed the information and findings to determine an approach to management analysis and give solutions to redesign the processes that were not complete. After the Management Audit, we propose various conclusions and recommendations through which we try to highlight the most important parts of the investigation. |

After the Management Audit, we propose various conclusions and recommendations through which we try to highlight the most important parts of the investigation.La Auditoría Administrativa fue desarrollada en la Fundación Construyamos un Sueño ubicada en la ciudad de Latacunga para el periodo enero a diciembre del 2008, el trabajo investigativo esta orientado a medir el grado de cumplimento de las metas y objetivos planteados por la institución así como también se pretende determinar la eficiencia y eficacia en la utilización de los recursos y la marcha del personal. Como parte de la Auditoría se llevo a cabo la aplicación de encuestas, entrevistas y la observación las mismas, permitieron diagnosticar el sentir del personal en referencia a la organización y los datos obtenidos sean correctos y confiables. Una vez desarrollada la Auditoría Administrativa en cada una de sus fases, se analizó la información y los hallazgos encontrados y se determino un enfoque de análisis administrativo para plantear medidas de solución y rediseñar los procesos que al auditarse resultaron incompletas. Al término de la Auditoria Administrativa se han planteado varias conclusiones y recomendaciones a través de las cuales se pretende resaltar lo más sobresaliente de la investigación y que deben ser tomadas en consideración por la Administración de la Fundación para mejorar el funcionamiento y desempeño de la Institución.Ecuador: Latacunga: Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi (UTC).Pacheco Venegas, Anita, Lic.
