Ամփոփում: | Saquisilí is a charming place located in the heart from Cotopaxi province, it is known as the Commercial and Tourist Seat of Ecuador. The project was based on the tourist products elaboration for the canton, this was done, in order to generate new tourist proposals which are applied by the University Tourism Center. It was raised 3 aims, the first aim consists a main products descriptive inventory, what have been developed for the canton, it was made a bibliographic review, giving as result 3 products of Cotopaxi Technical University and Cordillera Higher Technological Institute, later, it was made an inventory, according to the elements, what make up a product based on to the methodology: Manual for the tourist products planning "Switzerland-SECO" (State Secretary for Economic Affairs). The second aim is the tourist products design, it based on the first aim methodology, it was registered the offer from canton, it was applied 381 surveys that giving as result, it was got the tourist profile, it was elaborated the FODA and was desing 3 tourist products into based on nature, cultural and religious tourism. Finally, the third aim is a focused marketing plan elaboration on the promotion and diffusion in the University Tourism Center, based on the "Book "Introduction to Marketing" methodology by Ph.D. Fabricio Tinajero and Ph.D. Idalia Pacheco, it was established strategies based on the crossed FODA, it was elaborated MEFI and MEFE tables, it was described, the competition and suppliers, it was formulated the plan aims and was applied the marketing mix (product, price, place and promotion) further interviews with GADMIC authorities. As conclusion, it was described 3 existing products in the canton, through a database, it was designed 3 tourist products, according to the tourist profile and it was elaborated a marketing plan into relation to promotional strategies for being disseminated in the University Tourism Center. It is recommended to develop a methodology for the tourist products inventory and maintain good communication with the GADMIC authorities its subsequent application. |
