The insufficient technical and scientific information contributed to the unfavorable effects that the implicated community must to confront. The high risk socio-environmental and the absence of laws, plans, programs and strategies for reduce the effects about this risk have a direct influence on the impacts generated. That problems associated with absence of rules that still be good for to take a decisions in paperwork about risk are a vulnerability that confront the province. With the present investigation the pretention is to supply technical opinions for the “Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de la Provincia del Cotopaxi”, like that, the authorities can to act and get on like organism of control in risk situations associates with the identified threats (floods, landslides , droughts , frosts and forest fires.) |
