Shrnutí:The present study was focused on determining the relationship between Psychosocial Risk Factors and Organizational Commitment in the Municipal Government of Pujili Canton. A quantitative, descriptive, correlational, and hypothetical approach was used to analyze the data, involving a sample of 142 collaborators. The instruments used were the Psychosocial Risk Assessment developed by the Ministry of Labor (2018) and the Organizational Commitment Scale instrument by Meyer and Allen (1991). In relation to the diagnosis of the levels of psychosocial risk factors, it was found that low risk is predominant in this study, considering dimensions such as: development of competencies (73.24%), leadership (80.28%), work organization (85. 21%), other important points (76.76%), work and emotional stability (74.65%) discriminatory harassment (73.24%), work addiction (72.54%), action and control (61.97%), support and support (64.08%), workload and pace of work (54.23%). While the dimensions with a higher percentage of high risk are recovery (4.23%), workplace harassment (9.86%), sexual harassment (4.93%), work conditions (8.45%), double presence (work-family) (7.04%), self-perceived health (4.93%). For the organizational commitment variable, high levels of affective commitment (72.54%), continuity (59.86%), and normative (71.83%) were found. The Spearman correlation analysis yielded a coefficient of 0.691, which supports the existence of a relationship between psychosocial risk factors and organizational commitment. The results obtained indicated a significant perspective on the dimensions with the highest risk, for which strategies aimed at mitigating psychosocial risk factors in the Municipal Government of Canton Pujilí were presented.
