This topic discusses the implementation of a program of biomedical equipment maintenance, mechanical electrical and computer systems, established areas of the Ecuadorian Social Security Institute Latacunga IESS Hospital, also known as CONTROL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE (SISCM), the proposal He made to address the work orders, which was evident misuse of exposing work orders to the deterioration and loss of the same. The system comprises two modules, work orders (M1) and Data Manager (M2), each module contains requirements established by the needs encountered in the stories of users. The system contains general information such as records of preventive and corrective maintenance of all existing in Latacunga IESS Hospital equipment, plus you can see the maintenance initialized in process and completed. For the preparation of the proposal Agile software development end (AMS_XP) and free software (OSS) was applied, which with its phases contributed to plan and analyze its content, design and perform various tests for proper application research development….
