الملخص:Currently, it is evident that there were children who showed little interest in the development of creativity. Therefore, this was the factor that motivated to perform this research. The quantitative approach was used since this research has a positivist paradigm. The investigation of the project was achievable, because bibliographic information, taken from various research papers and scientific journals, has been collected. In addition, the diagnosis and its application in the place under analysis was carried out because the problem statement describes how creativity in the teaching-learning process influences through a proposal focused on specific objectives; it began with the perceptual level because it allowed to explore and describe everything that is defined about the development of creativity in the teaching-learning process, apprehensive since it compares and analyzes the results obtained in this research, at the same time it was experimental because direct observation of the educational community that was part of the research problem was carried out; it was also projective, since it was possible to focus on the importance of the development of creativity in the teaching-learning process. After examining the proposal, a guide of playful strategies with innovative and creative activities, which are easy to understand for educators and easy application to students, is established as an alternative solution to the development of cognitive and artistic skills
