总结:The current research was performed into Cotopaxi province, in the Latacunga, Salcedo, Pujilí, Saquisilí and Sigchos cantons with their respective parishes; what is based onto the mycoplasmosis study, this is a disease, which mainly affects the birds respiratory system with mortality and morbidity high percentages, what in turn translates into large economic losses for poultry farmers, the used methodology was simple random, where it was collected a Creole breed birds 276 blood samples total, 12 for each parish, it was applied the survey technique for the information collection about the owners and the birds management, it was made the sample taking, through the blood extraction into the brachial vein, it was collected the serum and proceed handled into the laboratory, subsequently, it proceed with the ELISA test. The statistical data analysis was performed, through the chi square test, what was got the following results and identified the 13 positive cases total in the epidemiological map, where the highest prevalence was found in the Sigchos canton with 46.16%, followed by Latacunga with 30.77%, Pujilí represents 15.38% and the lowest prevalence is found in the Salcedo canton with positive cases 7.69%. The risk factors, which presented a relationship in disease prevalence terms were sex and age, giving as more positive cases in females and birds from 3 to 6 age weeks.
