The leadership in the administration and its influence on the development of human talent of the educational unit Raul Andrade" main objective was to design a manual administrative processes to achieve institutional optimum performance; in where instruments collected relevant information on the subject as was the interview and surveys of members of the educational community of the institution, where it was found shortcomings in the implementation of leadership strategies and the various processes applied with lead administrative management, as responses were unaware of strategies the manager as leader should have applied and held administrative management in the institution; since these processes had to be developed and implemented by the managers of the unit, with such background research is considered significant because it allowed the administrative staff, teachers, students and parents have knowledge of institutional leadership and administrative management the administrative processes that helped the optimal development of the staff of the institution, address these important aspects of leadership was developed as a proposed solution manual administrative processes for efficient and appropriate institutional performance, with the development and application of the manual staff the institution could have a document viable support in their actions and administrative daily practice, in which the investigated contents contain feasible date information and guided the development of the proposed and also served as a reference source who was interested to know about it. |
