| Özet: | The research project aims to prepare a manual for the use and maintenance of the T690C trinocular microscope, therefore promoting the Agroindustry laboratory of the Cotopaxi Technical University, Strengthen the students' knowledge of the career, allowing them to make the correct use of the equipment, generating necessary skills for their professional training. The documentary modality and techniques were used to investigate different concepts about the use of the trinocular microscope in agro-industrial transformation processes, because it would greatly assist in quality control and improvement of food production. letting the detailed observation of the samples and the analysis of their structure in the processed and unprocessed products. The manual ended with the applied investigative part as this type of microscope that has two eyepieces for binocular observation, and a third eyepiece that allows the connection of a camera or an image and a video capture device which leads to the set-up of the AmScope Camera Drive program together with the ISCapture 3.5.8 application, they provide a clear view for the trinocular microscope’s management, thus collecting the information of the basic principles of operation and the conservation actions for its extended working life. Three forms for routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance records were used, which are detailed step by step with their procedures and the frequency of execution. Once the guidelines of the T690C trinocular microscope were established, the demonstrative practices were developed; two samples of different agro-industrial products were used, In a “Toni” yogurt few types of bacteria were observed according to their shape Cocci and Streptococci, we should keep in mind that the bacteria in yogurt can vary depending on the brand, type of yogurt, and expiration date, so results may vary. In 2 types of onions (white and purple) the observation of the epidermis of the white and purple onion in the trinocular microscope shows some differences between both varieties. The epidermis of the white onion has smaller, more irregularly shaped cells, while the epidermis of the purple onion has larger, oval cells. Both epidermis have an outer layer of dead cells called "guard tissue" that is used to protect the onion from environmental factors. |
