Resumo:The research project has as aims to analyze the constructivist pedagogical model, in relation to the curricular adjustment 2016, through observation in the Educational Unit "Vicente Rocafuerte -14 de October la Victoria Pujilí" District 05D04 Pujilí-Saquisilí, circuit 05D04C09_11, period 2021_2023, to improve the teaching-learning process, also the approach used in this research is qualitative, because it allowed the deep and reflective analysis of the qualities of the research, in order to understand, criticize and explain the reality of pedagogical models in the Educational Unit 14 de October-Vicente Rocafuerte. On the other hand, the technique used for the collection of information is observation, since it allowed observing the teachers and students of the Unit to obtain the necessary information for the research project. Likewise, the instrument used is the questionnaire, since it helped to collect the information for the research with the objective of veracity and facilitating the necessary inquiry, the population that was taken into account for this research work is: the headmaster, teachers, and students of the seventh year of General Basic Education. Also, the constructivist teaching model was analyzed, and its relationship with the curriculum adjustment 2016, in view of the fact that MINEDUC proposes that this model be the one applied in the country's educational institutions to provide quality and warmth education, considering the different contexts of the students, to improve the teaching-learning process.
