| Summary: | In the present research was raised as purpose to identify how motivational strategies influence in the speaking in children of good living centers for children, a sample of Children Center Estrellitas del Nuevo Amanecer Eloy Alfaro parish was taken, in the form of socio-educational project, because it is necessary to develop specific competences in children to recognize and rank problems in the educational field, a field research descriptive is supported, thus achieving to know the reality of these children, a survey application and direct observation of the variables, among them, community technical coordinators, community mothers, parents and children. For this reason the purpose consisted in the elaboration of a management strategy to motivate the oral expression through recreation activities in children, developing the language skills: listening, speaking reading and writing, creating meaningful situations, with this management strategy the teacher can apply recreational activities inside and outside the classroom which helped to the development of phonological, lexical, semantic, syntactic consciences It was determined that children learn best through motivational techniques of the oral language since it helps the learning and by means of them the child acquire the knowledge in a harmonious atmosphere. It is recommended that teachers apply different strategies to motivate the teaching learning process. |
