| Summary: | The present project was developed in the “San Pablo” farm belonging to the Pucayacu Parish of La Maná Canton, its objective is to determine the effect of different doses of foliar biofertilizer on the agronomic behavior of the coffee crop (arabic coffea), and it was used the completely randomized block design with a factorial arrangement of 3x3 + 3, with 9 treatments, 3 repetitions plus 1 control treatment with three repetitions for each variety, giving a total of 36 experimental units. It is worth mentioning that the research was carried out in two stages: The first stage was the formulation and elaboration of the biol and adaptation of the coffee varieties under greenhouse and the second stage was the establishment of the crop and the taking of variables proposed in the subject of study. The variables that were evaluated were plant height, diameter of stem, foliar circumference, number of leaves, number of branches, number of nodes, the soil of the farm presented a pH of 6.0 with a 3.5 medium organic matter, low NH4 and medium phosphorus. The study varieties were. 13-20-14, Sarchimor and Geisha. Next, the following results obtained in the research work are presented, such as: The best variety was 13-20-14 in the variables under study. The dose of the foliar fertilizer that presented the best results was 30 liters of biol since it showed significant differences in plant height from the first to week 16 in the dose of 30 liters of biol with 16.58 cm and 27.87 cm respectively, in the diameter of the stem in the week 16 the dose of 30 liters with 0.43 mm stood out and the lowest value in the dose of 20 liters with 0.39 mm, presenting statistical differences between the doses. Foliar circumference for week 16 the highest value was recorded in the dose of 30 liters with 49.23 mm and the lowest value of 45.33 in the dose of 20 liters. In week 16 the highest number of leaves was obtained by the dose of 30 liters of biol with 9.90 leaves and with 20 liters 9.24 leaves were reported without presenting statistical differences. In the treatments, the dose of 30 liters of biol in the varieties 13-20-14 and Sarchimor presented the highest values. The highest increase in height among the treatments under study was registered in the treatment 30 liters of biol with the Sarchimor variety with 12.64 cm and the lowest values were registered in the controls of each of the varieties 13-20-14 with 4 57 cm Geisha with 5.15 cm; Sarchimor with 4.49 cm showing statistical differences. The highest relative growth rate was presented in the treatment 30 liters of biol in varieties 13-20-14 When analyzing the relative growth rate between the height of week 16 and week 1, the treatment that presented the highest growth rate was 30 liters of biol with the Sarchimor variety with 0.11 cm day -1 and the lowest was found in the controls of the varieties with 0.04 and 005 cm day -1. |
