| Zusammenfassung: | This study analyzes the incidence of organizational behavior and job performance of workers of the Sumak Kawsay Savings and Credit Cooperative in La Maná Canton. It is justified by the need to improve the work environment to increase efficiency and productivity, with the aim of identifying difficulties, determining influential factors, and establishing meaningful relationships. The research, conducted by means of a survey applied anonymously to 12 workers, reveals interesting data on organizational behavior and job performance, identifying both difficulties and positive factors. These findings are fundamental for decision-making and the implementation of internal communication. The benefits of the study are mainly the active workers who work in the cooperative and therefore the 5000 members and clients of the cooperative, so it helps workers to feel valued and understood, increasing their motivation and commitment with the organization. In terms of impact, the researchers seek to implement an internal communication plan to improve organizational behavior and labor performance, benefiting both the cooperative and society in general. This knowledge can also be applied in other organizations, contributing to the advancement and development of the cooperative sector. |
