| Sumari: | This research project was carried out with the aim of solving the problems of RapiRaptor, a company located in La Maná, Cotopaxi province, since it does not have a computer system to help manage the processes of the order and home delivery service. Therefore, by implementing a computer system, it will help manage the information with the use of the web and a mobile application, the customer can place his orders, and the company through the web application will receive the notifications and will have the possibility to manage the system as an administrator, while with the mobile application the customer has the opportunity to make their orders and in the same way to track in which time their order arrives and which person will deliver it. For the development of the computer system we made it based on the agile methodology, where it allows us to work together with the needs that the company has for the satisfaction of the client, allowing the process of development and design by different phases, it is flexible where it allows the modification of the system when this is required before it is implemented. Through research we determined the tools and programming languages for development which will give an optimal functioning of the system, it is of great importance to make a thorough analysis of the requirements for the mobile application to achieve the proper implementation of the system, where this allows the integrity of the data. For the elaboration of the system the following present technological tools were used such as Android Studio Ionic Frameword, MySQL, PHP, tools that do not have any cost and that adjust to the requirements of the application. The use of the different free tools allows us to give a dynamism to the page where it is oriented to objects, it is friendly and intuitive for the user. |
