Diseño multimedia para la empresa de transporte pesado “RUTAS DEL TUNGURAHUA” de la ciudad de Ambato.

The present research aims to design a mobile application for the automation of the service of transport cooperative “Rutas del Tungurahua” located in Ambato city, Ecuador. This need to give information and provide services arise because at present this service of delivery and reception of orders of heavy and light cargo is done manually, for this reason, it has been necessary to create a mobile application which allows to manage these processes in an agile and safe way, at the same time it tries to avoid the wrong sending to the users. On the other hand, the design and research methodology used is from Norman Draper which is based on the user-centered design and the use of different tools such as bibliographic records, surveys, interviews for information collection and the creation of interfaces for the mobile application according to the phases contained in the proposed methodology, which allows to follow an order and compliance of each of the facets and thus achieves the final product mentioned that leaves behind the traditional methods to transmit information and request a service, through the mobile application which meets the requirements of the beneficiaries. In conclusion, at the moment when we are designing the interfaces for mobile devices with Android System these work with the requirements of the users of the service, so the app is an interactive and functional tool which is verified by a user test for the app meets the needs of the customer and then meeting the requirements for which it was created.
