| Tóm tắt: | The purpose of this technological project was to design and build a hydraulic hand pump, which has the capacity to detect leaks or cracks in pressure systems. Its design is made by using the SolidWorks software, from which plans and simulations are obtained to assemble the components virtually and to perform tests of the operation so that any element can be modified before building it if necessary. The design methodology applied in this project is that of Bruce Archer and the phases used are Analytical, Creative and Execution. The proposed construction alternatives are based on the performance of the system, which have been improved from existing hydraulic pumps. The project consists of a pumping system by means of a lever that allows the vertical drive of the plunger, this movement allows the suction of the fluid and in turn pushes it towards the desired evaluation. Subsequently, the results obtained from the performance of the pump were analyzed and the procedures carried out were justified with calculations, theoretical, and experimental concepts. After the analysis carried out by means of comparative tables, it was determined that the implementation of the hydraulic pump in pressure systems maintenance workshops is favorable since it reduces its operating costs and time employed considerably, 75.1% in terms of time and 34.5% in terms of cost. While the smaller piston performs a force x, in the larger piston the force is multiplied 56 times more, i.e., it is directly proportional. Finally, it is proposed to test the hydraulic hand pump by injecting pressure into a cylinder, succeeding in this evaluation by keeping the pressure constant and verifying it with the help of a manometer, this permit knowing that the system is working perfectly. With the use of the hand pump, the quality standards of small workshops are becoming more and more technical, where maintenance operations of pressure systems such as hydraulic jacks, hydraulic steering boxes, and hydraulic systems, in general, are performed. |
