Elaboración de una guía de buenas prácticas agrícolas en el cultivo de mora (Rubus Ulmifolios) para el sector de Sarahuasi, cantón Sigchos, provincia de Cotopaxi.

This research was carried out in the Sarahuasi sector in order to prepare a guide to good agricultural practices in the cultivation of blackberry (Rubus ulmifolios), for which production procedures were generated based on AGROCALIDAD regulation 108, which contains procedures, articles and recommendations for the application of good agricultural practices, and field visits, of which 10 processes, 21 procedures and 2 activities for the production of blackberry were determined, which are: Planning, Establishment of the crop, Management of the crop, Management Water, Harvest, Postharvest, Storage and Packaging, Safety, Hygiene and Personal Protection, Environmental Protection and Records. A risk matrix was carried out to determine critical points in the 4 production units under study, where 30 sources of existing risks classified as physical, chemical and biological risks were obtained, with a rating of moderate, significant and intolerant risks in the production units. obtained 61 important risks in the 10 production processes with 16 risk sources of 30 and 47 intolerant risks in 5 production processes of 10 with 13 risk sources of 30 without obtaining moderate risks, making a total of 108 risks or critical points in the studio production units. Lastly, a guide was created in order to mitigate these critical points based on regulations, AGROCALIDAD guides, where 18 chapters, 38 articles and 22 annexes were obtained to apply good agricultural practices in the cultivation of blackberries.
