Thêm thẻ | Tóm tắt: | This search is focused on the animals selection based on the economic importance in the production of bovine milk according to the objective of genetic improvement at the parish of Aláquez, which is located in the Cotopaxi province, for this reason, some parameters that provide a positive impact were used. Within dairy production and its profitability for small producers, the factors that are measured to establish the status of cattle herds are daily weight gain, milk density, mastitis analysis with CMT, and milk production. The low milk production within the parishes from Cotopaxi province is something evident, the production costs for medium and small producers is higher, for that reason it is necessary to establish a program of genetic improvement and animal selection has become a key element in terms of assistance and optimization to herds in this parish, which depends on the genetic part of the animals, their diet and environmental factors for their adaptability. In relation to the parameters established for this selection, results have been established that give us a broad overview of the situation at the parish of Aláquez, on average the daily weight gain is established at 357,14 gr/day, which indicates that it is a stable average in terms of milk production, in terms of density, the average is established at 27.23 throughout the sector, in relation to cases of mastitis it has been established for October with 15% of positive cases and 85% of negative cases, for November, the positive cases were reduced to 7% and the negative ones had an increase to 93%, in the month of December 9% positive and 91% negative, the average production obtained is 9,78 kg/lt in dairy herds . The milk production at the parish of Aláquez, can improve taking into account the data obtained previously, the selection of the best reproducers (cattle) based on the exposed characters and the analysis of the favorable data given, a good selection of the species that provide a production in terms of the characterization established for production taking into account adaptability, genetic characters and parameters established in this research. |
