| সংক্ষিপ্ত: | The research project with reference to children's yoga as a tool for psychomotor skills in early childhood education in Pilaló parish, was conducted with high school children of the educational institutions of that locality, this plan aims to identify the importance of children's yoga through exploratory inquiry to facilitate the psychomotor development of infants, so that an interview was conducted with teachers to corroborate their knowledge on the subject. The methodology used for this work was bibliographic-documentary type where theoretical and conceptual foundations referring to yoga and psychomotor skills are analyzed; therefore, field research was used to find out if teachers know what yoga practice is about. The techniques and instruments that were used had the objective of determining more exact data of the teachers and students of each educational establishment, for the infants an observation card was made with the purpose of determining their level of psychomotor development, which was carried out through diverse activities appropriate to their age and capacity, the main results that were obtained with respect to these points already mentioned were, to have a better interpretation of what is needed to implement in the parish of Pilaló so that the children have a better development during their childhood. Consequently, yoga is an effective tool that has as a contribution to improve psychomotor skills in early childhood education. In conclusion, it helps children develop physical, emotional and social skills. Considering that the impact it shares is the combination of body movement with breathing and meditation techniques to improve balance, coordination and concentration in children. |
