Resumo:Through the made diagnosis at elementary school “Alejandro Humbolth” was detected the problem which is presented in the children as is the malnutrition, it is can identified for their emotional state, mood, physical and intellectual development.The research work made to contain important aspects which it is remitted to child malnutrition, since it is a problematic that is affecting in children of the First Year of Basic Education, what has been proposed to make the work in order to help to solve such problem with some activities of nutrition in benefit of the infants health, this will allow to eliminate these anomalies in their physical and cognitive development. The present document is exposed the analysis model of malnutrition, which includes first a theoretical framework where is described the main, causal factors of malnutrition; as well as the consequences that is derived from this scourge and finally nutrition workshops.
