Engadir etiqueta | Summary: | This technological proposal was made at Professional Drivers Union from Pujilí Canton, Cotopaxi province, where the academic and administrative information processes reflect a delay in control and monitoring at the time of carrying out the procedures in each area. For this reason, the objective is to implement a web and mobile application through the use of technological tools for application development in order to manage the administrative and academic institution information optimizing time, resources and efforts. Facilitating work and providing timely and error-free results. To achieve the aforementioned, information was collected in each institution area through the survey. Which in the first instance helped to promote the idea of creating an informative website for dissemination process and, most importantly, a web application to improve the institution performance. In the administrative part, the optimization in the registration processes of students, teachers and instructors, generating enrollments, creating events, news, setting the price of each course by type of license, managing the control and monitoring of documentary procedures that may be made by the teacher or student. The mobile application is designed for the exclusive use of students, since it allows the consultation of the procedures status, events, consultation of driving schedules and grades. The resources used for the research were bibliographic and technological citations. With which was decided that the languages for the development of the application would be PHP with the Laravel Framework, C # and MySQL, to this the MVC architecture for the web, MVVM for mobile environment and the Unified modeling language for use case and class diagrams elaboration. In addition, the validation of the system obtained is thanks to the degree of satisfaction on the part of the managers through the application of a survey on the operation of the same. |
