Резюме:Since twelve years ago, the creation of the Uniblock Savings and Credit Cooperative has been well received, which means that it currently has more than 3000 clients nationwide. Its technological resources allow access to information and communication. The users according to the technological vanguard have acquired devices with the capacity of access to Internet. For this reason, a web and mobile application was developed to review balances, movements, credit and investment statements, in order to improve the services provided by the institution. Customers will have these services available anywhere in the world twenty-four hours a day, having the confidence that what they consult is updated and secure. Web and mobile applications are easy to use, which implies basic computer knowledge and allow them to enter financial services in a better way. The application is designed under the scrum software development methodology which consists of sprit and roles. Four sprints were used in the project: account status with its movements, information on active credits, the client's investments and the Login. We worked with three roles: Product Owner the representative of the institution, the Scrum Master the tutor of the technological proposal and the Scrum Team student developer of the system. The access to the application is done through internet through a web browser or a mobile app downloaded from the Android Store. The use of these platforms does not imply any expense for the user, and they don't need to go to the institution to know this information. In the development of the mobile application, Xamarin was used as a multiplatform tool. In the web application, a three-tier system with PHP and a Let's Encrypt certificate was implemented.
