Aplicación web y móvil para la gestión de los procesos en el módulo emergencia del Cuerpo de Bomberos de la ciudad de Latacunga.

This project consisted of developing a web and mobile apps for management processes at emergency module on Latacunga City Fire Department (CBL), for which field research techniques were used to know the process, and to carry out data collecting such as interview and surveys to identify the problem, define the requirements and establish the first functionalities of the system. For the development of this application, it was worked with the following tools in the web part, Framework Laravel that is compatible with the PHP language and is oriented to Web Apps development using the software architecture (Model Controller View), on the mobile side Xamarin was used as a mobile programming environment and the MYSQL database manager was used for data storage process. On software engineering area, the Scrum methodology was applied with the incremental interactive model, this allowed to prioritize a list of requirements in Sprint to generate deliverables to the user, in each deliverable the Analysis, Design was made, Implementation and Tests. The developed system has more weight in the Web environment due to users’ needs, with this it will be possible to organize and having a better management of the processes and the generated information on CBL on emergency area, as emergencies of the citizenship grow, the information increases.
