| Čoahkkáigeassu: | This research was carried out at the Technical University of Cotopaxi, Eloy Alfaro experimental Salache campus, Latacunga Cantón at a 2725 m.s.n.m height with 78 ° 37'14 "west longitude and 00 ° 59'57" south latitude. The objective of this research was to determine the dose and the most recommended frequencies for the control of the damping (Phytium, Fusarium oxysporum, Phytophthora) in Amaranth (Amaranthus caudatus) in piloneras. The experimental design was used a design of AxB +1 treatments with 5 repetitions giving us as results 25 experimental units. In order to obtain the pathogen, sowing is processed in 2 pillbox trays, after 30 days diseased plants are recognized and the pathogens are kept at the laboratory. Once the samples are cultured in the laboratory, they are isolated and identified characterize pathogens (Phytium, Fusarium oxysporum, Phytophthora). An inoculum was prepared for each pathogen with the following characteristics: Phytium 116E + 08, Fusarium oxysporum 75E + 07, Phytophthora 66E + 07 once they were isolated and the inoculum was identified, the inoculation phase was carried out. It was planted 13 piloneras trays of with the design was applied to facilitate the 2 doses with the 2 frequencies, the results were redirected: the ozone application in the prevention of inoculation the elimination in the C1F2 treatment is showed a 26, 98% incidence in seedlings, as well as the low, present in the treatments, followed with the ozone application of germination in the evaluation in 86.67%, indicating that the ozone application in the control of the East is the best result. |
