| Резюме: | The Ministry of Education has implemented the curriculum updates in different of basic education years except for pre-school, which caused a curriculum gap with the teachers who are in charge of training of students of early childhood education, weakening the daily teaching practices by the lack of knowledge and training. Nowadays there is already a curriculum for early education remaining in the slightest of teaching improvisation with regard to the practice of planning for their ignorance. The present research is to develop a teacher training program about micro curriculum management in schools Luis Felipe Borja, Simon Rodriguez and Coronel Hector Espinoza of Toacaso Parish, Latacunga Canton Cotopaxi province. For this reason it was diagnosed in these institutions that the teachers have weaknesses in the application of micro curricular components due to unknowledge of the curriculum update. In order to mitigate this problem, a training program on micro curriculum planning was designed, which will allow teachers to make changes and modifications in their teaching process which will help to improve the children`s learning processes from early education. It is important to note that the implementation of this training program contributes significantly to teachers because they acquire the skills needed to plan, achieving strengthen the student`s learning processes, so it is recommended to have continuity of the training program in order to meet the proposed objectives. |
