Perfil del turista de naturaleza que visita la provincia de Pichincha.

The research aims to determine the profile of nature tourists visiting the province of Pichincha, using a descriptive research methodology with a quantitative approach for data collection and analysis of the surveys through their application. For the first objective, a bibliographic review was developed mainly on the Ministry of Tourism (MINTUR) website, with the objective of selecting 10 nature attractions, for which the characteristics considered for evaluation were the hierarchy level II and III as well as the authors' mentions of these attractions. To characterize the profile of the tourists, 385 surveys were applied, which represent that 46% are Ecuadorians, with an age range of 40 to 49 years, 29% reside in the Metropolitan District of Quito, 61% are male, 39% are female, the marital status of 60% are single people, the employment status of 43% are public employees, 46% of tourists prefer to travel with friends, 26% of tourists spend an approximate total of 1 to 100 dollars, the reason for travel 73% prefer to visit a place for relaxation. Regarding the second objective, the informative bulletin was designed using the descriptive method, which helped to compile and group information through the results obtained. For the design of the bulletin, a particular structure was taken into consideration, including the front cover, back cover, description, tabulation, and the section to mentions the authors of the bulletin. As a result, it was possible to compile and group the statistical data analysis for the nature tourist profile.
