Περιγραφή
Περίληψη:The purpose of this research was to study the chemical and physical properties of the soil at the Technical University of Cotopaxi Salache sector (CEYPSA), at an altitude of 2800 meters above sea level, this was evaluated after the incorporation of green manure oats (Avena sativa L) with three chemical amendments in the Salache sector, Eloy Alfaro parish, Latacunga canton, Cotopaxi province 2021. Three chemical amendments were applied (sulfur, urea and ammonium sulfate), after the incorporation of the green manure, the experimental design of randomized complete blocks was applied in a 3X3+1 factorial arrangement with 3 replications. The results obtained in the variables were the number of plants in an average of 482.2 plants, in the plant height variable an average of 74 cm, in the biomass weight an average of 2 kg, in the green matter a percentage of 495g and the dry matter variable an average of 265g. The chemical analysis of the soil showed that we have a sandy loam soil, at the beginning we had a high pH of 10.14 and after the incorporation of the green manure with the three chemical amendments in different treatments it was reduced to an average of 9.7 being an alkaline soil, after the incorporation of the green manure we obtained 1.98% of organic matter. Nutrients had a low percentage before the trial, once the research was completed, nutrients increased considerably, nitrogen to an average of 41%, phosphorus to 47%, potassium to 4%, calcium to 16% and magnesium to an average of 2% in all treatments. Through the physical analysis we obtained a bulk density of 0.97 Mg*m3, a hydraulic conductivity of 0.98 cm h-1 and a porosity of 39.72%, which showed that we have a correct aeration, good water retention and there is no problem in the soil structure. Therefore, it is recommended to incorporate green manure to obtain benefits such as organic matter, nutrients such as nitrogen and to allow a good physical condition of the soil.
