Summary:The present investigation had the general objective of analyzing the impact of the organizational climate on the work performance of the collaborators of the Savings and Credit Cooperatives of the Canton La Maná, for the improvement of the operative activities, it was carried out to counteract a series of deficiencies in the organizational climate presented by these financial institutions, a situation that prevents proper job performance. For this purpose, the types of bibliographic, field, descriptive and correlational research were used, for the processing of information and data the historical logical, deductive and synthetic analytical methods were used. The collection of primary information was carried out through the survey technique with its instrument, the questionnaire, which consisted of 32 questions that were broken down into the dimensions of organizational climate and job performance. The population under study was made up of the 97 employees of the Savings and Credit cooperatives of the Maná Canton. Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient yielded a result of 0.497 denoting a weak positive correlation, it is also noted that the significance level does not exceed 0.05 for which the potential margin of error is minimal, consequently it was rejected. the null hypothesis and accepted the alternative hypothesis that highlights the existence of an impact of the organizational climate on the work performance of the workers of the Savings and Credit Cooperatives of La Maná Canton. Finally, training aimed at improving the organizational climate and work performance was proposed as an alternative solution.
