Summary:The present project of organizational re-engineering in the Tourist Center of Oyacachi has allowed knowing the reality of the administrative structure. Initially a review of the current diagnosis of the organization of the Community was made, in order to know the reality of the study site, an interview was conducted with the key stakeholders in the administration and the administrative structure was verified, the hierarchical levels of the community organization and the key stakeholders in the administration of both the community and the Tourist Center. When carrying out the investigation of the current organizational diagnosis of the community, the structure of the Tourist Center was identified, which is linked to the administration and direction of the Community, through this it was possible to capture and identify the hierarchical levels of the organization of the establishment that would serve to carry out a structural organization chart with the main administrative and operational stakeholders of the complex. It is worth mentioning that the current organizational structure was not focused on the Tourist Center, and that the place does not have its own administration and direction. It also does not have trained staff in order to lead and direct the administrative and operational workers. These are the main causes of the decline of the Community Tourism Center. Therefore, a structural organization chart focused on the management of the complex and identifying the main stakeholders in the operation of the center was carried out. By checking the structure of the organization and drawing up the organization chart, a list of activities was made to then assign functions to the staff and make a proposal for a functional organizational chart. It is important to highlight the importance of organization charts in a company, as this can be used to create a suitable organizational structure proposal that integrates all those involved in the tourism center. Through the identification of the current problems, the administrative process was carried out involving all the financial, administrative and operational staff of the establishment with processes that each one of them must fulfill, this was reflected through the elaboration of flow diagrams to be able to demonstrate.
