Análisis de fallos de máquinas y equipos, para el diseño de un plan de mantenimiento preventivo en la empresa construcciones metálicas Albán de la ciudad de Latacunga.

The bugs’ analysis of machines and equipment for the design of a preventive maintenance plan in the enterprise metal buildings Alban of the Latacunga city, we offer us a help to create an order in the activities, which bring as result the strengthening from economic beings giving us an agility in finding the information getting an efficient and quality service. In the research development was used descriptive and field method, because through this; we can know the conduct form and activities for establishing the specific behaviors and check the interpretation between the research variables, through a survey, using as tools a questionnaire and besides, got information in the Industrial Plant, with base on the got results of the survey, they were planned an action plan and a way of basic process was guided towards the culture of a maintenance preventive control in the machines and equipment of plant. The beneficiaries of the present research are the administrative in group with the technic, operative staff, allowing so to solve their enterprise what follow to emerge in the market. In conclusion, we are made an analysis of bug from machines and equipment of the plant for making a plan of preventive maintenance for the critic equipment which are finding within the production process in order to reduce the maintenance costs and optimize the quality of their product.
