| Тойм: | The family and the school are governed as two fundamental contexts in the development of the learning and teaching process. Education and family go hand in hand, since each one fulfills the function of forming independent beings, capable of solving problems or establishing positive links, with critical, balanced thinking; in itself the family and the school must obtain good communicative relations to achieve a common goal that is the learning of the students. For this reason, the main objective of this research project was to analyze and propose a training plan to strengthen the participation of the role of parents for the improvement of the teaching-learning process of fourth grade students of the the methodology, qualitative research was applied with in-depth interviews with the teacher and inspector of the Cristóbal Colón Educational Unit and another quantitative research with surveys of the students and parents of the Third Baccalaureate course of the Cristóbal Educational Unit. Through research, the low participation of parents in the teaching-learning process in the students of the Cristóbal Colón Educational Unit has been identified; that is, in school activities that the Educational Unit carries out, parents tend to attend infrequently, likewise, in the homework sent home under the supervision of the parents, a lack of interest has been identified, for which a plan was developed improvement and strengthening of the participation of parents in the teaching and learning process. |
