Summary:From the diagnosis carried out in the Avimar company, the following problems were observed in the production of eggs with hens: overpopulation, lack of space and food deficit for the hens. Declared as problems to be solved, for which, through the investigation, it intends to carry out a technical and financial feasibility analysis on the type of rearing to grazing for laying hens. Throughout the work, thanks to the absence of the method in the study sector, it was decided to generate a proposal to use the rotary method with laying hens of the white hills and red hills breed in the AVIMAR poultry farm. For this, the descriptive methodology was used, with a mixed approach, that is, qualitative and quantitative to give a correct analysis to the investigative variables through the investigative instruments: survey, observation and technical-financial study. From the work, it can be highlighted how the well-being of the hens is increased with the benefit that the necessary food and proteins are collected by the same animal, however, a significant change in the quality of the egg, in its weight or production quantity. In addition, there is an economic benefit with the rotary method with respect to food, since less food is consumed in grazing than with the traditional cage method, in addition to exposing throughout the document the economic data and recommendations to acquire laying hens directly for production and its difference with having rearing hens for later production. The study of the method and the techniques used for the production of eggs by rotation to grazing in chickens in the white hills and red hills breed in the Avimar company turns out to be a viable alternative to increase the useful life of the hens and a welfare in the animal .
