סיכום:The present research work entitled: Marketing strategies for the increase of sales of the locksmithing company "Gracias a Dios" Valencia canton, Los Ríos province, the year 2023, had as purpose the elaboration of a proposal that contains the main strategies based on the 4ps of marketing for the improvement of the sales of the locksmithing company. For this purpose, quantitative research of bibliographic documentary type supported by field research to collect information. The population consisted of employees, owner-managers, customers, and suppliers to whom were applied the information collection instruments were the survey questionnaire and interview. For the analysis of the information were methods of analysis and synthesis, besides statistical methods that presented the information in tables and graphs. Based on the situational diagnosis carried out through the application of the matrix to obtain that the company's main strength is its own infrastructure and the quality of its products; opportunities include access to financing, the direct marketing channel it manages, and weaknesses include the lack of personnel training, as well as the traditional management of the company by the owner. In conclusion, marketing strategies are those tools to improve the place of a brand, increase sales of a product in the market, or make products public to potential customers, and all these actions and previously defined objectives go hand in hand. In this specific case, the locksmithing "Gracias a Dios" will have a technical vision for the objectives through strategies, supporting to place their products in current and potential market segments, to strengthen customer loyalty, satisfaction, communication, business relationships as a result of generating more communication tool for large sales, that is to say, the increase in sales of the locksmith company “Gracias a Dios”
