Summary:The present research work developed in the laboratory Alegria located in the city of Quito, aims to develop a web and mobile system, which will allow patients to schedule appointments, as well as to obtain the results of their clinical tests performed, using agile practices for this work, was adapted for the web SCRUM methodology in order to carry out the tasks and collaborative work and in the application MOBILE-D methodology to achieve fast development cycles, allowing short production times. For the system development process, information was gathered by applying methodologies, tools and scientific research techniques, such as interviews and surveys, to identify the needs and requirements of the system. The application will help in the scheduling of appointments, choice of types of tests, visualization of results by users, while the web system will have an administrative part for the management of tests, users, schedules, and uploading of test results by the biochemist, the web system was developed using the laravel framework for its powerful utilities, In programming by applying the php language in the forms and notifications, its working environment Visual Studio Code, and the database in MySQL, the application was developed under the Android Studio working environment with the Kotlin programming language, both parts of the system will have a registration form for the patient, thus giving the patient the opportunity to perform these processes from the comfort of their homes and approach only to perform the scheduled exams.
