A., el mismo que está enfocado en reducir las pérdidas de energía eléctrica. La propuesto se basa en determinar, el intervalo en el cual los trasformadores de distribución trabajan con las menores perdidas energéticas, para de esta manera tener un criterio de selección en las redes de distribución proyectadas como en las redes de distribución en operación. El capítulo 1, recoge todos los lineamientos y teorías investigadas por otros autores, cuyas conclusiones y resultados han encaminado la investigación a la finalización de la misma. El capítulo 2, indica las técnicas y metodologías empleadas para la recolección de información y procesamiento de la misma, utilizando herramientas informáticas desarrolladas y cumpliendo procedimientos establecidos, para encontrar resultados veraces.El capítulo 3, muestra los resultados de las modelaciones de cada uno de los datos obtenidos, e indica las condiciones actuales en los que se encuentra el sistema de distribución de la Empresa Eléctrica Provincial Cotopaxi S.A., teniendo así un punto de partida para la valoración de resultados.
