Determinar el impacto social y económico que ha tenido la reactivación del proceso eruptivo del volcán Cotopaxi sobre las Agencias de Viajes del cantón Latacunga, provincia de Cotopaxi

The main objective of this work is carrying out an analytic and meticulous study about the reality of different travel Agencies, determining the impact that has had in them the reactivation of the Cotopaxi volcano, being able to carry out alternative factors or goals that cooperate to overcome the crisis caused by this natural fact, and mainly, trying to minimize the affectations that the city and tourism companies have had. The problem to try will be the impact on different travel Agencies seated in the Latacunga city with reason of the reactivation of the volcano Cotopaxi, as well as the lack of programs that you help to correct the lack of the main attractiveness of the city which is the volcano Cotopaxi. It can also be defined like part of the problem, the one that there are hardly studies on this topic, and that the different authorities and dedicated institutions to this activity, have not implemented measures to palliate this situation, with what there has not been an improvement of the system, and he/she has not been possible to overcome none of the identified problems. The work will begin with the gathering of data of the problem that has caused the volcanic reactivation in the different travel Agencies, in the same institutions of the problem (Agencies), because they are those that feel the situation first hand. Then bibliographical and documental information will be gathered, so much of the concepts of tourism, as of the geography of the area, towards being able to be carried out a detailed analysis of the place and this way to be able to find alternative for the absence of the volcano like tourist destination. Finally it will be endowed of a series of alternative so that the travel Agencies can reactivate their economy.
