Riassunto:The present investigation allows the conformation of a technic and theoretical evaluation of the solar and wind power uptake established inside domestic plans, in this case for the implementation into the “Pedro Báez” school, located in Brazales Neighborhood, Eloy Alfaro, Cotopaxi in 2013. The main objective of this investigation is to conform the correct proposal environment to facilitate the design of an hybrid electric supplying system, using both technologies, wind and solar radiation. At the beginning, we recollect and analyze all the bibliographic information, going deep into the theory for subjects of implementation of renewable energy systems, starting from a group of scientific backgrounds, with projects and investigations conformed locally, regionally and globally, which validate the theoretical and practice conformation of the present study. Once made the bibliographic information recollection, there is established a classification and analysis of the information from the specific place, taken with methodological procedures under engineering criteria from the investigator himself. Then, with these criteria there is the selection of the best possible design according to social, economical, impact into the flora and fauna environment, and psychic and noise pollution. At the end of the investigation, we construct the proposal to give an effective solution to the announced problems found, which is validated trough feasibility, production and energetic efficiency, as well as the return of the investment inside the temporal and space spectrum.
