The investigative work is focused on analyzing the Manager Management handle, getting current management true data made by the Heavy Transport Comboy Sur company, for this purpose, it will be applied a quantitative research, what allows to base the numerical data process and analysis on the variable called Management Manager with a non experimental design based on cross-sectional or transactional studies, these are developed about the 30 employees from company, collecting data only once from each study subject, the methodologies used are bibliographic, descriptive and deductive, since it is the means, which allowed systematizing and ordering the got information. The used technique is the survey, through the study instrument, which will be the questionnaire properly said, what is made up 24 questions related to planning, organization, direction and control focused on communication, motivation, leadership, training and philosophy, using strategies and technologic tools, which allows analyzing research specific measures from company's problem, for improving the workplace, in order to generate responsibility and commitment each employee. Seen in this way, the research has to propose technological tools with strategic guidelines, what help to make with the handle proper of the manager management, directly benefiting the organization, maintaining competitive advantages in relation to competitors. |

El trabajo investigativo está enfocado en analizar el manejo de la Gestión Gerencial, obteniendo datos verídicos de la actual gestión que lleva la compañía Transporte Pesado Comboy Sur, para el efecto se aplicará una investigación cuantitativa que permita fundamentar el proceso y análisis de datos numéricos sobre la variable denominada Gestión Gerencial con un diseño no experimental basados en estudios transversales o transaccionales, estos se desarrollan sobre los 30 colaboradores de la compañía, recogiendo datos una sola vez de cada sujeto de estudio, las metodologías utilizadas son bibliográficas, descriptivas y deductivas, dado que es el medio que permitió sistematizar y ordenar la información obtenida. La técnica utilizada es la encuesta a través del instrumento de estudio que será el cuestionario mismo que está conformado por 24 preguntas relacionadas con la planificación, organización, dirección y control enfocados en la comunicación, motivación, liderazgo, capacitación y filosofía, utilizando estrategias y herramientas tecnológicas, que permita analizar medidas específicas de la investigación del problema de la compañía, para mejorar el ámbito laboral con el fin de generar responsabilidad y compromiso en cada empleado. Visto de esta forma la investigación tiene como objetivo proponer herramientas tecnológicas con lineamientos estratégicos que ayude con el manejo adecuado de la Gestión Gerencial, beneficiando de manera directa a la organización, manteniendo ventajas competitivas en relación con los competidores.Ecuador.
